Oakland Used Crowd Control Method Prohibited In War

As the events that led to Oakland protester Scott Olsen’s head injury continue to unfold and investigations begin, we thought it important to offer some perspective.

This comment is from a former Marine with special operations in crowd control.

He points out that shooting canisters such as those that likely hit Scott Olsen is prohibited under rules of engagements in Iraq and Afghanistan. Regardless of any political position on the Occupy protests, these are some Interesting insights:
Before gas goes into a crowd shield bearers have to be making no progress moving a crowd or crowd must be assaulting the line. Not with sticks and stones but a no bullshit assault. 3 warnings must be given to the crowd in a manner they can hear that force is about to be used. Shield bearers take a knee and CS gas is released in grenade form first to fog out your lines because you have gas masks. You then kick the canisters along in front of your lines. Projectile gas is not used except for longer ranged engagement or trying to steer the crowd ( by steering a crowd I mean firing gas to block a street off ). You also have shotguns with beanbags and various less than lethal rounds for your launchers. These are the rules for a WARZONE!!

Why HPV Vaccine Is Causing More Harm Than Good

By Cynthia A. Janak

For over four years now I have been researching how this vaccine works. I have wondered why did they use the ingredients that they did and what repercussions that they could have on the body. The other reason is that I wanted to find out WHY THESE VACCINES CAUSE SO MUCH HARM! I have also discovered that it is not necessarily the HPV VLP recombinant DNA as being the culprit in this cocktail because between the carrier solution and the vaccine there is only approx. 3.0% difference. I am now more prone to believe that it is the carrier solution with the adjuvant as being the real perpetrator in this vaccine cocktail of harm.

The ingredients of this cocktail are what cause the enhanced immune response. This is typical of any vaccine. What I did not understand over four years ago was why so many adverse reactions were being reported because of these HPV vaccines. I now have a better understanding of the process and what the vaccine cocktail has the potential to do.

In the Gardasil® vaccine we have the ingredients AAHS (MAA — amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate(1)) as the adjuvant and in the carrier solution 9.56 mg of sodium chloride, 0.78 mg of L-histidine, 50 mcg of polysorbate 80, 35 mcg of sodium borate. (1,2)

Obama Allows Oil Giant BP Back In Gulf

An unsettling report prepared by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation (Minprirody of Russia) on the ongoing catastrophe in the Gulf of Mexico caused by the world’s third largest energy company, British Petroleum (BP), is now stating that they have won approval from the US Interior Department to drill its first exploratory oil well in this region since the blowout of its Macondo Prospect well a year and a half ago touched off that country’s worst ever offshore environmental disaster.

Especially unnerving about this Minprirody report is its stating that the approval given to BP by the Obama regime came less than a week after a “suspected” whistleblower to the Gulf of Mexico oil leak catastrophe named George Thomas Wainwright [photo 2nd left] was reported killed after a shark attack in Australia.

Wainwright, according to this report, was a marine systems engineer who graduated from Texas A&M University and was employed by BP to help control remote-operated vehicles, or ROVs, that worked 5,000 feet below the surface of the Gulf of Mexico to cap the oil spill.

Six months ago, this report continues, Wainwright “suddenly” left the United States travelling to Australia where he lived until his untimely death last week on a work visa, a “situation” Russian officials familiar with US whistleblowers say is “more than common” for those seeking to hide from American government-corporate retribution for telling the truth about what they know.

Why Governments Wage Endless Wars

Why is the US involved in endless war around the world? Why, for that matter, do nations – or, rather, their governments – act the way they do? The number of answers is no doubt nearly equal to the number of questioners. It’s all about economics, say the Marxists (and the Hamiltonians): imperialism is the highest stage of capitalism. No, say the “realists,” it’s all about the objective “interests” of various nations, and the interplay of those “interests” in the international arena. The neocons have a different explanation: it’s all a matter of “will” and “national purpose,” or a lack of same: imbued with a sense of our “national greatness,” America will spread democracy all over the world – or else go into a shameful decline in which spiritual loss precedes the loss of the war-making spirit.

Yet none of these supposedly overarching theories provides an adequate explanation for how and why we find ourselves in our present predicament. America has bankrupted itself building a global empire with bases, protectorates, and colonies on every continent – and yet still we persist in pursuing a policy that is taking us to the brink of the financial abyss. Our social safety net is in serious disrepair, and shows

Mount Rainer College Student Shot & Killed

A Howard University music student was shot and killed early Tuesday in what might have been a robbery in the Mount Rainier area of Prince George’s County, according to police and school officials.

The incident occurred just after midnight in the 4200 block of Kaywood Drive, authorities said. Mount Rainier officers dispatched to the area on a report of shots fired found 24-year-old Alonzo James Guyton lying on the sidewalk in front of an apartment building suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to police.

Guyton was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead just before 1 a.m., police said.

Mount Rainier Police Chief Michael E. Scott said Guyton had been shot in the back and head. He said officers on the scene initially thought the incident was a “robbery gone bad” because when they found Guyton, he was not carrying a wallet. Guyton’s cellphone was found, however, and police have not confirmed the robbery theory, Scott said.

Scott said Prince George’s County homicide detectives investigating the case were working to determine whether Guyton had recently moved to the block where he was found or was going there to visit someone. He said Scott’s last known address was in the District.

Cpl. Mike Rodriguez, a Prince George’s police spokesman, said he had no information about suspects or a motive.

The chicanery being played against the American people by lunatics working so hard for their own destruction is cranking up:

Eliminating the Electoral College Eliminates States Rights and Obama Remains As President

“While we are paying attention to the OWS and to Republican debates where the candidates annihilate each other, the Progressives have a plan to keep themselves in power forever, starting in 2012.

“They plan to do this by eliminating the role of states, a protection written into our Constitution, and they are doing it covertly while in plain sight. The Progressive initiative is called the “National Popular Vote Compact” aka NPVC and their information is being spread nationwide via the Internet since 2008.

U.S. “Earthquake Weapon” Strikes Turkey?

A ‘flash’ report received in the Kremlin today from the Black Sea Fleet states that the United States has attacked Turkey with one of its feared “Earthquake Weapons” in retaliation for that Eurasian nation’s massive invasion of Northern Iraq this past week.

According to this report, Russian monitoring stations in and around the Black Sea began monitoring a “rapid” heating of the ionosphere over the past 36 hours that culminated a couple of hours ago with a massive 7.3 magnitude earthquake striking eastern Turkey.

Important to note is that the heating of the ionosphere is a “trademark” of the “Earthquake Weapon” employed by the United States from their HAARP facilities located around the world and controlled from their main base in Alaska and was last detected being used this pat March against Japan and causing a massive 9.0 magnitude earthquake leading to the deaths of over 36,000.

As we had, also, reported on in our 14 January 2010 report US Quake Test Goes “Horribly Wrong”, Leaves 500,000 Dead In Haiti about these weapons:

“Though virtually unknown to the American people, the use, and perfection, of earthquake weapon technology has a decade’s long history that began with the former Soviet Unions exploding of a 10 megaton nuclear bomb in September, 1978 and then ‘redirecting’ its shockwave towards Iran where it resulted in a catastrophic 7.4 magnitude earthquake, an event which hastened the downfall of the US backed regime headed by the Shah.

This attack upon Iran by the Soviets was countered by the Americans in April, 1979 when they unleashed one of their newly developed ‘atomic powered’ earthquake weapons against the former communist Nation of Yugoslavia which resulted in a 7.2 magnitude earthquake.

Since the late 1970’s, the United States has ‘greatly advanced’ the state of its earthquake weapons and, according to these reports, now employees devices employing a Tesla Electromagnetic Pulse, Plasma and Sonic technology, along with ‘shockwave bombs’ they have previously been accused by Russia of employ

Senators Push for Biometric National ID

In an opinion article published in Friday’s edition of the Washington Post, Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) say the new identification cards will “ensure that illegal workers cannot get jobs” and “dramatically decrease illegal immigration.”

Schumer and Graham pitched the idea to President Obama during a private meeting Thursday at the White House. Graham said afterward that Obama “welcomed” their proposal for a new ID card law; the White House said in a statement that the senators’ plan was “promising.”

This push for a national ID is part of what the senators say is a necessary overhaul of immigration law, including additional border security, more temporary workers, and a form of amnesty for illegal immigrants already in the United States. It comes just two days before a rally in Washington, D.C. sponsored by groups including the AFL-CIO, Farmworker Justice, and the National Council of La Raza that also calls for amnesty.

Linking national ID cards to immigration reform is a popular idea in Washington political circles. After all, if every U.S. citizen has a biometric-equipped cards, the thinking goes, it’s easy to order employers not to give a job to someone without one.

But concerns about privacy, security, and federalism have torpedoed each one of these proposals so far. A similar national ID plan–which also required that employers do verifications–sunk President Bush’s broader proposal for immigration reform in 2007. A proposal three years earlier by Rep. David Drier (R-Calif.) to create federal ID cards with Americans’ photograph, Social Security number, and an “encrypted electronic strip” with additional information was even less successful.

Then there was the controversial Real ID Act, which tried unsuccessfully to compel states to standardize their drivers’ licenses. But a libertarian grassroots revolt, including an anti-Real ID

We Must Do Something!

The general human paradigm is that in times of crisis, it is always better to do something than to do nothing. Even if after all is said and done we still fail in our cause, at least we can fail knowing that we gave it everything we had and never went down without a fight. Such noble ambitions may feed one’s ego and grant him a fleeting sense of momentary purpose, but how deeply rooted in the reality of effective change and liberation are they?
Careful observation of historical events and general human behavior indicates that people seeking action for the sake of action or change for the sake of change have more often than not triggered countless series of events which ultimately culminated in results counter to the original intentions of the actors. When activists of the world act on impulse, they risk great unforeseen detrimental butterfly effects and misuse of their intentions as more confused actors join in on the vaguely defined bandwagon.
Doctors have for centuries sworn themselves to a Hippocratic oath, stating predominantly that in whatever approach they take toward any given patient and their affliction that they must “first, do no harm.” In effect, this means that a responsible doctor must utilize his vast fortune of information on the subject of human health to rationally predict which of all possible actions on his part will create greater health in the patient and which will only worsen his prognosis. When the realm of action is the delicate balance of parameters required for sustained well-being in the human organism, there can be little room for error between intention and outcome.

If we were to extend this virtuous Hippocratic oath to all aspects of human behavior on Earth, notably the shaping of society, how much different would our world look? How much more productive, prosperous, peaceful, and purposeful would our lives be? Just as you would not trust a person lacking in knowledge on the subject of human health to perform medicine and operation on your medical condition for fear of “doing harm” where help was intended, would you any sooner trust a group of people with no knowledge on the subject of a prosperous society to put their
